Position : Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Type : In-Office (5 Days/Week), Full-Time, Permanent

Pay : Starting from $45,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
• Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

What You Bring:

• Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as a direct writer or from any brokerage company is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
