Position Overview Our client, a well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking a Junior Associate Lawyer to join its growing team. This position is ideal for a lawyer with up to 10 years of call who is eager to develop expertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation, strengthen advocacy skills, and build meaningful client relationships.

The successful candidate will support senior counsel on active files, assist in advancing matters through various stages of litigation, and contribute to case strategy and preparation under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior counsel with the management and progression of plaintiff personal injury files through both pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Draft, review, and revise pleadings, correspondence, affidavits, motion materials, and responses to undertakings.
