Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to clients in accordance with an established plan of care. The goal is to support clients in maintaining their independence and comfort within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Support
Assist clients with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, skincare, nail care, foot care, back care.
Support safe mobility and ambulation; assist with range of motion exercises and the use of mobility aids (e.g., wheelchair, walker)
