The Personal Assistant will attend to the needs of the General Manager for Mexico and Central America.

  • We are seeking someone curious, dynamic, proactive, with a sense of ownership over all their activities.
  • Great service attitude and teamwork with all levels of the company.
  • Vision for planning and anticipation for problem-solving.
  • Excellent follow-up and project completion skills.
  • Excellent financial control of budget for events and travel.
  • Management of both work and personal agenda of the General Manager (minutes preparation, meeting scheduling, calendar control).
  • Availability 24/7 to attend to the General Manager's requirements.
  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of events worldwide.
  • High handling of confidential information and compliance.
