Manage the perfusion of cardiopulmonary bypass cases.
Operate and maintain heart‑lung machines, blood analysis equipment and other accessory equipment to ensure secure conduct of surgery by the cardiovascular surgeon.
Assist the Chief Perfusionist in supervising and training perfusionists to support surgeons in cardiovascular operations (Senior Perfusionist).
Requirements
Recognised degree, preferably majoring in Biological Sciences.
At least 1–2 years’ relevant experience in managing perfusions involving congenital (infant/paediatric), ischemic heart and vascular diseases.
Service‑oriented, alert, observant and dexterous.
Candidates without perfusion management experience may be considered if they have at least 2–3 years of other work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
