Performance Testing Lead

Location: Mexico City, Mexico – Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy

Time Zone: CST/EST

• Drive strategic initiatives and improvements/innovations with respect to performance testing and engineering.
• Define Non-Functional Requirements and conduct volumetric analysis independently.
• Drive and handle both release-based and program-based performance engineering tasks.
• Drill down into performance issues with multi-tier investigation and conduct root cause analysis, providing recommendations.
• Proficient in performance scripting tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload etc.
• Use APM tools (Splunk, Grafana, Datadog) to monitor real-time performance and identify system trends.
• Develop performance baselines and KPIs to measure ongoing system health.
