Job Description

Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for PeopleSoft and Mainframe systems to ensure optimal system performance under varying workloads.

Conduct performance testing using tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or other performance testing frameworks.

Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance benchmarks and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Write and execute SQL queries (e.g., SELECT, JOIN, aggregate functions) to validate data integrity and support performance testing efforts.
