Natura Labs is a performance marketing agency running paid social for fast-growing DTC brands across pet care, health, fitness, and consumer goods. We move fast, test constantly, and tie every decision back to business outcomes.
We are looking for one person who can own both the media buying and the creative strategy across 3 to 5 active DTC brands. You are not a buyer who waits for a strategist, and you are not a strategist who hands off to a buyer. You do both, and you do both well.
You will run the accounts, drive the creative thinking, build the testing frameworks, and make optimization decisions every single day without being told to. If you have profitably scaled DR e‑commerce campaigns and know how to research, concept, and brief winning ads from scratch, this is built for you.
