Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Manager – Performance Marketing will lead the development and execution of GreenShield’s performance marketing strategy. This role translates business objectives into actionable media & growth plans, manages multi-million-dollar budgets, and drives measurable acquisition, retention and brand growth outcomes across digital channels. The successful candidate will combine strategic acumen, advanced analytics, and leadership capabilities to optimize media efficiency and deliver sustainable growth. This role requires deep experience with digital media planning, execution and measurement, as well as the ability to translate business goals into actionable media plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional growth & media planning with Line of Business, Product, Analytics, Brand, and MarTech teams to translate business objectives into a performance marketing roadmap.
