We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to join our in-house team at The Global Talent Co.

This is a part‑time, internal role focused primarily on Paid Search (Google Ads) , while also supporting broader paid media efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Your mission: scale our candidate acquisition engine by running full‑funnel campaigns that convert top‑tier marketers into applicants.

• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads (Paid Search) , while supporting Meta and LinkedIn channels

• Own keyword strategy, bidding, and search intent optimization to drive high‑quality candidate acquisition

• Test and experiment with new platforms such as X (Twitter), Reddit, ...
