Responsibilities

You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing and distribution facilities. The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great People leaders of PepsiCo.

This experience will include inspiring a frontline team, problem solving issues, and removing barriers in order to help win the shift. You will also be responsible for tracking business critical KPIs to identify trends to focus on meaningful projects that advance PepsiCo’s journey to be a Faster, Stronger and Better Company.

You will be responsible for:

• Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
• Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production
