Role
The People Specialist supports and manages People and Capability initiatives and projects including workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement and training.
Manages timely coordination and execution of day-to-day People and Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business, including activities related to employees' talent cycle.
Creates reports to support People and Capability program recommendations and track costs and performance of programs.
Leads crucial People and Capability activities including new hire orientation, off boarding, maintaining employee records, and visa coordination.
Conducts analysis of People and Capability metrics and summarizes findings and implications.
