The opportunity
Provide fast, friendly, and efficient support and advice to staff on simple policy and procedure questions and self‑service queries.
Produce key employment documents (contracts, offer letters, internal transfer letters, term change letters) and ensure proper approvals before issuance.
Support the Total Rewards team by timely data entry of leave records from carriers into People systems.
Support Learning & Development with LMS reports, course set‑up, and annual learning events.
Manage the new starter process and orientations, collaborating with recruiters, new employees, business services, and supervisors.
Maintain and update staff records, processing staff data changes quickly and accurately.
