The People & Culture Programs Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic, integrated People & Culture (P&C) programs that enhance culture, employee engagement and experience, while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
This role is critical to advancing Modern Niagara’s commitment to building a high performance, inclusive and engaging workplace culture. By designing and delivering integrated P&C programs, the Programs Lead directly enhances the employee experience, strengthens engagement, and ensures alignment with organizational values and strategic priorities.
