RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Partnership: Support the Senior Regional P&C Business Partner in collaborating with department leaders to implement P&C strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
Assist in gathering information and preparing materials for meetings with business leaders.
Workforce Planning and Management: Help coordinate the manpower planning process by collecting and organizing data on headcount, organization structure, and budget requirements.
Support the P&C COE/program teams and line managers in talent acquisition, talent management, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and rewards initiatives by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
Employee Engagement: Assist in the rollout and communication of employee engagement surveys and other feedback channels.
