**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics like performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to interact with the stakeholders as per the business needs.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems for reporting.
