Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or Generalist (e.g., employee relations, people programs, workplace concerns).
Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large‑scale people related roles.
Experience with cross‑functional collaboration and influence.
Experience coaching and mentoring.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a customer‑oriented focus.
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
Ability to speak and write in Portuguese fluently.
