Drive exceptional member experiences at OMERS as a Member Experience Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on addressing inquiries and pension administration.
As a crucial member of the Member Experience Team, you will manage inquiries from members and clients in regard to the OMERS Pension Plan. Your role will involve a combination of direct communication and handling administrative processes. It's essential to be both communicative and technically adept to cover all bases in member support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the key contact for member queries
• Process pension transactions accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve member issues promptly
• Conduct follow-ups for missing information
• Identify improvements for member service processes
