Located at the McMaster Children’s Hospital and housed within Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) family, McMaster Children’s Hospital’s Outpatient Complex Care Teamis a diverse team that providescoordinated, longitudinal care for children and youth with medical complexity, including those who are medically fragile and technology dependent.
