The Pedagogical Lead (Montessori) plays a critical leadership role within The Learning Nest Academy (LNA) by guiding the operational and educational excellence of assigned classrooms. Reporting to the Centre Director, the Pedagogical Lead is responsible for mentoring and coaching educators, while holding them accountable to program standards and Montessori implementation.
