Pearson Student Ambassador (PSA) Program - Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Promote Pearson’s Digital Solutions – Lead engaging demos and presentations for students and faculty to showcase how to use Pearson’s technology products (e.g., MyLab, Mastering, eBook).
Organize Campus Events – Host on campus or virtual events (workshops, info sessions, study nights, etc.) that help students best utilize Pearson’s digital learning solutions.
Student Support and Onboarding – Serve as a friendly resource for students by assisting with product registration, setup, and troubleshooting. You’ll help your peers get signed up and started with Pearson products, ensuring a smooth experience from day one.
Collect and Share Feedback – Gather feedback from students about Pearson products through surveys, focus groups, or one on one conversations to understand what’s working and what could be improved.
