POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Develop a basic understanding of the legal and tax obligations of the role, while contributing to operational efficiency through the digitization of records, file management, and basic data analysis for internal reports.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support for Portals and Institutional Procedures
Process the removal of former employees from vendor and government agency portals
(Fonacot, Pluxee).
Assist with the tax stamping process, closely monitoring the acquisition and validation of
tax compliance certificates.
Assist with the physical delivery and tracking of INFONAVIT adjustment letters for employees.
2. Document Control and Digitization
Lead the project to digitize alimony records to optimize information retrieval.
Perform the weekly download and organization of alimony receipts.
