Oversee the timely and accurate payroll processing of Canadian and US payroll on a biweekly and monthly basis using the Workday payroll system. This includes the analyzing, auditing, and validation of HR data for hires, terminations, transfers, and various deduction components. Also includes the processing of off-cycle and shadow payrolls, as well as other complex payroll functions (i.e., gross up awards, fringe benefits).
Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, state and local regulations concerning employment, payroll, and benefits and process regulatory reporting
