Support the Business Group's teams by managing Payroll’s definitions / codes, scheduling, tax and deduction definitions to ensure accurate payroll runs
Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Workforce Administration and Global Mobility representatives to ensure alignment on data quality standards and secure consistent payroll outcomes
Support Payroll policy / process / learning material creation, and maintain the knowledge management system, ensuring all content is relevant and up to date
Extract and manage employee information to complete various internal reports according to the needs of the Business Groups.
