As part of the People & Culture Payroll Services team, you will deliver excellent support and impeccable customer service to over 24,000 internal team members and many external customers across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and process Production Payroll Runs.
• Submit the bank file to ensure accurate and timely payment to Team members and Board of Directors.
• Reconcile net pay and redirect bank deposits.
• Prepare off‑cycle pay runs between regular payroll runs.
• Clear claims resulting from overpayments.
• Print cheques and courier or mail each pay period.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and update payroll information.
• Act as the primary contact for employee questions regarding pay.
