Payroll calculation for multiple companies within the Gowan Group. Advise employees on questions and inquiries. Work closely with Human Resources to provide payroll information.

Role Responsibilities
Review of entries and exits: review and record incidents such as absences and tardiness.
Employee registration: Register new employees in the payroll system with all required information.
Pre-payroll: load payroll incidents into the payroll system such as piecework, overtime, commissions, calculation of child support, tardiness deductions, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, savings fund loans, car insurance, among others.
Vacation bonuses: calculate vacation bonuses to be paid in the last biweekly payroll period of the month.
