We are seeking a Payroll Domain Expert with deep expertise in Mexican payroll regulations and Seguro Social (IMSS) to support the development, implementation, and compliance of our Payroll SaaS platform. This role bridges business, compliance, and technology, ensuring our payroll solutions remain accurate, compliant, and scalable for the Mexican market.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish–English), highly knowledgeable in local payroll processes, and comfortable collaborating with product managers, developers, QA teams, and customer-facing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Mexican payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and related labor obligations.
• Translate complex payroll and social security regulations into functional requirements for engineering and product teams.
