Our client is seeking a Payroll & Employee Expense Administrator to join their team. This role focuses on managing multi-provincial payroll administration and overseeing the employee expense reimbursement process, while also providing support for HR-related tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone that is proactive and has a keen eye for detail.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Manage full-cycle, multi-provincial payroll for up to 160 employees on a semi-monthly basis
Administer payroll and remittance accounts in compliance with legislated policies and procedures (CPP, EI, Tax, WCB)
Process ROEs and T4/T4A forms, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Input onboarding paperwork, compensation changes, and terminations
Handle high-volume onboarding and offboarding during peak seasonal periods
