Payroll Compensation Analyst

Location: Leon’s Home Office

Reports to: HR Development Manager

Leon’s is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team at Home Office. This role is responsible for supporting the design, administration, and ongoing management of compensation programs across the organization, while providing data-driven insights through HR systems and reporting. A key focus of this role will be the development and implementation of job bands and salary structures, as well as supporting the launch of our performance management module as we move toward implementation and go-live. We are seeking a candidate with direct, hands-on experience in compensation program design and implementation who can bring practical knowledge and structure to these initiatives.
