Payroll Administrator - 1 Month Contract, HybridJoin a well-established non-profit organization with over 40 years of dedicated service to the community. We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to oversee the biweekly payroll and benefits processing for both salaried and hourly employees.

This role is critical in ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and collective agreements, while serving as a key partner to the HR team and external payroll providers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process biweekly payroll and maintain up-to-date employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation adjustments

  • Review and validate timesheets, leaves, union dues, and other payroll-impacting data using ADP Workforce Now
