About the role

As Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll across our Canadian and U.S. locations. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will maintain compliance with all applicable legislation, support HR and Finance functions, and contribute to a seamless employee experience within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What you will do

• Process full‑cycle payroll for Canadian and U.S. locations using Ceridian Dayforce.
• Oversee timecards and time‑off policies, ensuring days worked are accurately recorded.
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
