Payroll & HR Systems Administrator Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Systems Administrator to support payroll operations and HR system integrity across multiple Canadian provinces. This role has become available due to an immediate vacancy and requires a professional who can step into a fast-moving environment and manage critical payroll and employee data functions with accuracy and accountability. The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and work within a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
Process and administer payroll for employees in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta, ensuring accuracy and legislative compliance
Maintain and update employee records, including new hire setup, system changes, and data integrity audits
Manage benefits enrollment and pension-related administration
