Responsibilities
Works closely and collaboratively with other members of the Payroll, Benefits and HR teams.
Process most if not all of time tracking entries on a pay period basis. Enter/Upload EIBs and maintain employee data and transactions in payroll system. (Include entering tax elections, direct deposit changes, cost allocation changes, taxable benefits – tuition, parking, gym, other benefits related charges, termination payments, vacation payments and ad hoc salary/wages/bonus related payments-hourly & overtime and other payments)
Assist process staff events (new hire, rehire, departures, leaves and other change organization events)
