  • Job #4665– Our client is looking for a well-organized Payroll Administrator to join their tight knit team on a one-year maternity leave contract! The ideal candidate is a quick learner with solid payroll experience and a passion for numbers. In this role you will be responsible for processing payroll as well as jumping in and helping out the accounting team where needed. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the main responsibilities include:

  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Calculate wages, deductions, benefits entitlements and overtime
  • Maintain employee information and payroll records
  • Act as point of contact for payroll related enquiries
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting
