We are seeking an experienced Payments Systems Support Specialist to support and maintain business‑critical payment applications in a high‑availability environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support, monitor, and maintain mission‑critical payment applications across POS, ATM, remote banking, DCC, and FX systems.
Provide production support for payment platforms running on HP NonStop systems.
Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of applications supporting financial transactions.
Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business and operational requirements.
Comply with PCI standards and security requirements.
Participate in on‑call rotations and provide support during flexible hours as required.
