Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an Outsourcing Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating and execute outsourcing regulatory obligations, organizing quarterly sessions and managing follow-up activities, maintaining service mapping documentation updated. When applicable, you will also be responsible for generating the necessary documentation required for the presentation of filings. Additionally, you will track and monitor activity completion according to SLAs, escalate issues when necessary, and keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date. The position also involves defining and managing target dates for internal activities, approvals, and regulatory submissions, as well as ensuring the quality of presentation decks and final documentation packs.
