Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt pavers accurately to ensure smooth, even surface application
• Monitor screed performance, mat depth, and paving quality throughout operations
• Collaborate closely with spreader, roller operators, and labourers to maintain efficient workflow
• Adjust machine settings to suit varying paving conditions and materials
• Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Follow project specifications, foreman instructions, and safety guidelines
• Mentor crew members and support site safety, especially in foreman or supervisory roles
• Quickly identify and resolve paving or equipment issues to maintain quality
