Job Overview Collaborate with pre and post award stakeholders to manage the coordination, planning, and implementation of Patient Recruitment and Retention support operational plans on larger, multi- region studies or programs. Communicate with sponsors and project teams to implement and monitor impact of the recruitment/retention tactical plan; make proactive operational and tactical recommendations as needed based on study performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver all appropriate tactics associated with the recruitment/retention strategy. Represent IQVIAs Patient Recruitment at site/sponsor-facing meetings to present strategy/rationale, train CRAs and site staff, and conduct recruitment support workshops as required. Ownership for study KPI and financial performance. Act as senior oversight for large studies / programs leading a team and taking overall ownership for study performance.
