Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist – Sparrow MD

Sparrow MD is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival
  • Manage front desk operations and patient flow
  • Perform administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
  • Assist with inventory management and supply organization
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the clinical team

    • Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
  • Professional, energetic, and personable demeanor
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
