Provide advanced PAA support to the Fracture Clinic
Coordination of all administration and clerical activities within the department
Duties include: Patient Registration and updating of patient information, scheduling appointment, ordering and coordinating x‑rays and other diagnostic procedures
Chart preparation for all patient
Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel/area
Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications/Skills
Grade 12 education with post‑secondary business/secretarial courses
Candidates who have successfully completed the hospital’s PAA training will be given priority consideration
One year of administrative/business experience required, experience in a health‑care setting preferred
