About This Opportunity

Major Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers visiting the branch for parts needs
  • Answer calls and respond to emails by providing an outstanding level of service
  • Manage the customer pickup area located behind the customer service counter and ensure aged parts bare returned to inventory
  • Internal field service and walk in customer parts sales orders
  • Sourcing and ordering used parts
  • Pulling customer and branch parts orders
  • Processing parts credits, core inspections and warranty
  • Hose building and processing
  • Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
  • Process customer orders
  • Participate in parts related special projects and assignments
  • Participate in call quality and performance initiatives as required
  • Parts delivery and warehouse duties as needed
