As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for picking parts and delivering them to internal customers, while maintaining a clean and well‑stocked inventory.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist with receiving goods, check and count items unloaded from suppliers, and report any discrepancies to management.
Assist all customers in selecting required parts to ensure optimum customer service.
Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring exposure to the full product line.
Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
Picks parts using picking tickets and delivers them to technicians’ workbenches.
Return all parts from the workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
