We're looking for an enthusiastic part-time Senior Brand Ambassador to represent American Eagle at Stone Road Mall. This role focuses on customer engagement, sharing product details of AE and Aerie items, and introducing our loyalty program to enhance brand loyalty. You'll also support various store areas, including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product education on AE and Aerie items
• Introduce AEO's loyalty program to guests
• Flexibly assist in different store zones as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
