Parks Canada Highway Operations Unit Class 1 & Class 3 Snow Plow Operator

Location: Jasper, AB

Pay: $28.82 – $32.38 per hour (fixed‑term contract, temporary, full‑time). 10‑hour shifts, weekdays and weekends as needed.

Job Summary

Class 1 & Class 3 Snow Plow Operator responsible for conducting highway and road clearing and snow removal operations within the Parks Canada Highway Operations Unit. Operate medium and heavy vehicles, equipment, and safety systems while maintaining highway safety and vehicle integrity.

Operating Areas

Lake Louise‑Yoho, Banff‑Kootenay, Mount Revelstoke & Glacier, Jasper.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loader, grader, skid steer, and other medium/heavy vehicles for snow removal and road maintenance.
