What Would You Be Doing?

• Point of contact for customer and staff inquiries and needs. Works closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure all key stakeholder needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
• Responsible for leading operational projects across a variety of locations.
• Responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators and assisting staff to ensure locations are operating at or above company standards.

Staff Supervision

• Provide effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization.
• Sustain a physical presence across a variety of locations to ensure customer and staffing needs are addressed in a timely, professional manner.
