Assist with regulatory communication exchanges on governance of designated subsidiaries.
Monitor emerging best practices relating to corporate governance and assist boards in implementing best and most appropriate governance practices.
Establish and maintain effective policies, processes and procedures, within the enterprise framework, that allow Client subsidiary boards to carry out knowledgeable and independent oversight of management of the applicable subsidiary
