Description Robert Half is partnering with a great company with an opportunity for a Paralegal who will play a key role in supporting legal and compliance operations, with a strong focus on contract management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement initiatives. This is a remote opportunity!
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including drafting, review, execution, and tracking
+ Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, technology, and business units) to facilitate contract workflows and align on priorities
+ Support corporate governance and compliance activities, including maintaining records and documentation
+ Serve as a liaison between legal, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely deliverables
+ Maintain and organize legal documentation, templates, and internal resources
