Your future role

We are looking for a full‑time Paralegal to join the Banking and Finance Group of our Montreal office. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality paralegal services in connection with our clients’ business transactions, working closely with the firm’s legal team and clients on some of the highest‑profile transactions nationally.

Your next responsibilities

• Conduct the following searches, analyse search results and prepare written reports and summaries: Provincial Corporate profiles, Federal corporate profiles, Corporations Canada, RDPRM, PPSA, Bank Act Registry, SOQUIJ, Municipal and school tax account statements, etc.
• Prepare and file for publication the following registrations and discharges: RDPRM forms, 427 Bank Act, PPSA, Land Register, CIPO filings (registrations, discharges, etc.).
