**Job Overview** Under guidance, oversees the day to day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the field.
**Essential Functions** • Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data. • Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals. • Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc. • Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff, and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles. • Act as an “ambassador” for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders • Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries • Monitor key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
