Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Painter to join their manufacturing team in Sidney, BC. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in aircraft finishing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in surface preparation, painting, and coating processes, with a strong understanding of industry specifications and materials, including aluminum alloys and composites. Training on morning shift for a few weeks Monday to Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) before transitioning to evening shift.
Regular shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM.
Additional $1.75 premium for night shifts.
Pay range: $27 – $43/hr (varies based on experience and certifications).
